We collect your business and contact details on the Member Application forms.  We do not collect any financial information except for payment of membership and/or events.  Any financial information is not for public release.

How we use this Information
This information is used  to correspond directly with you and provide to other members.  We provide your details to other members at their request under Section 34(2) of the Associations Act.

Public Access to Information
Our business is about promoting your business.  We publish your details on our website which is publicly available as a Service Directory.  The public can use our website to contact you directly to help you acquire new business.

Member Access to Information
We operate an open and transparent Association.  Any information of the Association is available to members upon request.  Where information is Commercially or Politically sensitive, we reserve the right not disclose this information.

Keeping Information up to date
We rely on you to ensure that all information is current.  All information we hold is detailed on your individual page on our website.  Should this information be incorrect, please contact us to update your information.
