Member Information

All Member information is held in an online database hosted by Territory Technology Solutions.

Credit Card Data

All Credit Card data used to process via our online payment system is hosted by National Australia Bank.  No card information is stored in our database or on our servers.

Where card data is provided by phone/fax/email, we will hold the data to allow us to process the transaction through National Australia Banks virtual terminal.  After processing, card data is destroyed by deleting the fax/email.  No paper records of card data is retained on file.
